The subject client has 50 acres of prime land in Institutional area Noida (opposite Formula 1 circuit) which has been allotted to their trust for development of a university.
Out of the 50 acres allotted, the trust has permission to develop 5 acres for residential purposes and 5 acres for commercial purposes (about 7,00,000 sq.ft. construction permitted for each). The balance 40 acres is mandated to be developed for educational/ university use only.
