Competition & Fair Dealing
Our business is based on some corporate values like fair business and honesty to outperform our competition. We seek competitive advantages through superior performance rather than unethical or illegal business practices. It is prohibited to misappropriate proprietary information, possess trade secret information obtained without the owner’s consent, or tempt such disclosures by past or present employees of other companies.
We should each Endeavour to respect the rights of and deal fairly with the Company’s clients, vendors and competitors. It is not allowed to take unfair advantage of anyone in the course of conducting HJGS’s business through manipulation, concealment, abuse of privileged information, misrepresentation of material facts, or any other intentional unfair-dealing practice.
Prohibitions
It is prohibited to offer or give anything of value directly or indirectly to foreign government officials or political candidates and parties in western countries for influencing official acts or decisions to obtain an improper business advantage. At the same time, illegal payments cannot be made to government officials of any country in order to gain any improper advantage.
